2. Device Mark
  • Covers logos, icons, monograms, or label designs

  • Example: Apple logo, Puma symbol
3. Combination Mark

  • Example: KFC (Colonel icon + text), Adidas (text + stripes)

4. Slogan / Tagline
  • Protects a brand’s catchphrase

5. Sound Mark
  • Covers unique sounds associated with the brand

6. Color Mark

7. Shape Mark / 3D Trademark
  • Trademarking the unique shape of packaging or product
