Basic Documents:

  • Copy of audited balance sheet for the last 1 year

  • Performance certificates from customers (for existing businesses)

  • ISO Certificate (if available)

  • Copy of BIS license (if applicable)

For new units: Provisional registration requires fewer documents like project report, funding proof, etc.

  2. Collect and fill the SPRS application form

  3. Submit documents + application fee

  4. Inspection by NSIC team (for permanent registration)
